In Brussels. The ESI (Ecole Supérieure d'Informatique - Haute Ecole de Bruxelles) kindly offers some rooms for the event.

How?
Spoken language will be French, Dutch or English with a preference for English. We can use 2 conference rooms with up to 40 and 80 places. We'll try filling up the conference planning to make full use of this opportunity.
