mod_perl 2 was written to accommodate all of the changes to Apache 2. With all of these changes, many of the helper modules and methods available in mod_perl 1 were renamed, repurposed, and some were removed. This session shows the tools available to developers to identify where mod_perl 1 functionality has moved, how to find replacement methods, and how to update your code to run under mod_perl 2.
