"Lorito" is the name being given to the next generation of the Parrot Virtual Machine. The purpose of this BOF is to get Rakudo and Parrot folks together to identify a few core "design principles" that might be useful from a HLL perspective to drive the design of Lorito (or Parrot).

We may have this BOF in conjunction with dinner or immediately afterwards, depending on what the dinner options end up being on Monday night.
