PerlSAX is the cornerstone of Perl & XML processing, enabling powerful XML
manipulation through very simple and very modular means. Using PerlSAX
almost any XML processing task can be solved quickly and elegantly, with
many existing modules to help along the way.

This talk will start off by an overview and introduction to the basic
PerlSAX 2 API and its principles. It will then move on to covering the most
important modules available on CPAN, and will finish with common techniques
for sane SAX tools (eg how to most simply keep some state) as well as a few
neat tricks.
