In this talk I'll be showing ways to develop complete Perl applications
using IDEs like Komodo, wxPerl as a GUI, GUI design tools like wxGlade,
'compilers' (packagers) like PerlApp and PAR, installers like InnoSetup
and PerlMSI and so on.
It will also show how to use some popular Win32:: modules.
