A perl-debugger-like wrapper around the DBMS_DEBUG package, to enable
command-line debugging of Oracle PL/SQL programs.
oradb - Oracle PL/SQL debuggers tend to be GUI oriented, the
perl debugger (while having GUI overlays), is primarily a command-line
tool. This short talk walks briefly through how a command-line
interface was built around the Oracle DBMS_DEBUG package, and some of
the problems encountered, what it does (and does not) do, and how to
use it to wrap and walk through a chunk of PL/SQL code.
